In 1905 E. Torquinst introduced the Fallow Deer from Spain and Poland to Argentina, Buenos Aires. Thanks to their good adaptation and the biodiversity of Argentina, the lady deer were able to expand throughout the country.
At Rancho Salvaje Safari we have one of the most important areas for hunting Fallow Stag, since the large amount of forest and dunes create a perfect habitat for the life of this species.
During the rut, fallow stags make loud, easily recognizable snorting-like sounds, which can direct the hunter to their wallows. This is where there is a good chance of seeing a whole group of animals, so you can shoot the desired trophy animal selectively.
