The policies and conditions of Rancho Salvaje Safari are designed to ensure a
safe, responsible, and enjoyable experience for all participants in their hunting and fishing activities. Here is a detailed and structured overview, viewing the company as Rancho Salvaje Safari:

Deposit Policy
– A 50% deposit of the total price is required to confirm any reservation.
– This deposit must be made within 10 days following the reservation date.
– The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the proposed
arrival date.
– Costs for additional animals or extra days added during the stay in Argentina must be paid on-site, either by check or transfer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
– The initial deposit is non-refundable unless a replacement for the client is
found.
– Final payment must be made 30 days before arrival, at which point the client becomes responsible for all costs.
– No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the hunting and fishing
package.
– The company is not responsible for cancellations due to weather conditions or force majeure events.

Liability Policies
– The company is not liable for the loss or damage of luggage and personal
belongings at any time.
– The responsibility for the handling and use of firearms falls on the client once they are delivered.
– Neither the company nor the accommodations visited will be responsible for losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the activities.
– The company will not be liable for any loss or injury suffered aboard a vehicle, airplane, or charter. The contract or ticket issued will constitute the only agreement between the airline, charter flight company, or private travel
company and the passenger.
– The company reserves the right to modify travel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (no refunds will be issued in such cases).

Mandatory Insurance Policy
– It is mandatory to have travel insurance that covers medical evacuation,
transportation due to COVID-19, and direct assistance to travelers.
– The policy must be valid for the entire duration of the trip and a copy must be sent to Rancho Salvaje Safari 30 days before arrival. (Lack of adequate
insurance may incur an extra expense in order to have complete insurance for the term of your stay)

Health and Safety Policy
– Guidance on safe hunting and fishing practices will be provided.
– The use of safety equipment is mandatory.
– Compliance with local laws and regulations on the handling and transport of weapons will be verified.
– Hunting an unauthorized and/or due animal will be fined at $500 plus the
animal if it is a big game.

Vaccination and Visa Requirements
  – Currently, no specific visas or vaccinations are required to participate in the activities.

Reservation Modification Policy
– Reservations can be modified up to 4 months after arrival; beyond this window, any changes are subject to company approval.
