At Rancho Salvaje Safari we have a wide variety of hunting areas, one of the best known for the large number of wild pigs is located 2:00 hours from the Ministro Pistarini International Airport.
However, our area of La Pampa (Argentine Patagonia) where you can combine different types of hunting (small and big game), there are specimens of Wild Boar with gold medals. Both areas are considered the most important for hunting.
We have different hunting methods for the Wild Boar, night hunting in posts waiting for the animal to go down to the water, another hunting is with dogs and knives in the large forests or in cornfields and finally hunting with four wheels or on horseback.
When is the Wild Boar season in Argentina?
The Wild Boar season is open all year round, however having the possibility of coming to Argentina during small game hunting season is a great choice since you can combine both hunts in one place.
Rancho Salvaje Safari offers Wild Boar hunting in two of the most famous places in Argentina for this hunting, giving you the possibility of combining hunting this animal with others. We can highlight the famous forests and dunes of La Pampa Argentina (Patagonia) with more than 25,000 acres / 61,776 hectares. As well as for people who want to do a hunt near Buenos Aires (2:00 hours from the international airport) we have a free field with more than 74,131 acres / 30,000 hectares.
Once you arrive at the Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport, we will wait for you and you can choose between transferring to the Buenos Aires national airport (Jorge Newbery International Airport) and then take a plane to the province of La Pampa (0:45 am) where we will wait for you to travel to the lodge (1:20 pm) or transfer by minibus directly to the Lodge (5:00 pm).
