ELEGANCE & BEAUTY
UNRIVALED ELEGANCE IN THE ARGENTINE WILD
Famed for its vivid reddish coat, bright white spots, and long, lyre-shaped antlers, the Axis Deer is widely considered one of the most stunning big game trophies in the world. Mature bucks combine remarkable horn mass with unmatched visual elegance, offering a truly captivating pursuit across the pristine hunting grounds of Argentina.
Pursuing a trophy Axis Buck is an intense game of sharp eyes and quick reflexes. Operating with extreme caution in small herds, these incredibly alert animals feature exceptional vision and hearing. They thrive in mosaic habitats of dense cover, riverbanks, and open pastures, requiring diligent glassing and strategic movement to single out a shooter buck.
The final stalk demands absolute stealth and precision. Closing the gap on a high-alert herd to secure a clean shot delivers an adrenaline-fueled thrill—making a world-class Argentine Axis Deer a prized highlight in any elite hunter's collection.

Axis Deer hunting is available year-round, as their irregular breeding cycle makes it possible to find mature bucks with fully developed hard antlers during different months of the year. However, the best time to hunt them is during the rut, which generally takes place from November through April, when bucks become more active, visible, and territorial across our more than 60,000 acres of private hunting land.
LA MALENA LODGE
La Malena Lodge sits on more than 60,000 private acres, offering an exclusive setting for record-class South American trophies.
